  • We aim to have those orders taken care of for you. If there are orders that need to be handled, you can reach out to the account manager overseeing your building or the RN/MA for your facility.

  • Of course, but for our Independent and Assisted Living Communities, we highly recommend that we become your Primary Care Physician. This allows SC/GA House Calls to provide that proactive care and start to collaborate with the staff and medical team working on the campus where you reside. This will also allow for better communication, faster addressing of needs, and the ability to keep you or your loved one out of the hospital. For you, the resident, it allows you to stay in your home instead of having to leave and wait for long periods of time in a doctor’s office. Staying out of the waiting rooms will also decrease your chance of picking up any airborne illness.

  • You can find all information regarding your visits on our online portal.

  • You can still see your Specialist and one of our specialty services. We currently offer Behavioral Health and Psychiatric services, Cardiac services, Diabetic Management, Palliative Care, and Clinical Pharmacy Consults.
